Tom is married with 4 children, and is living on his home farm where they raise Red Angus cattle and Saanen dairy goats.
The family is active in 4-H, so the farm also has horses, rabbits, chickens, ducks and occasional hogs. He spends his spare time farming, hunting and fishing.

My name is Dr. Steve Baldwin and I graduated from Delaware Valley University of Doylestown, PA with a BS in Animal Science, then from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. My clinical, and final, year of schooling took place at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I took full advantage of being in ‘America’s Dairyland’ and loved every minute of it. I grew up on a small Holstein dairy farm in northwest New Jersey, but once I discovered the Midwest, I knew it was where I belonged. My areas of interest circle around improving the dairy industry, such as calf health management, transition cow assessment, and cow comfort.
Outside of work, my wife, Brittany, and I enjoy exploring the great outdoors. We love hiking and camping in the warmer months, and snowmobiling in the winter. We are always looking for new state parks and trails to venture to. One hobby that I am trying to perfect is home brewing. I have made a few batches in the past, but I am currently working on creating my own recipes. These hobbies, as well as gardening, woodworking, and small engine repair are of interest to me and I hope to further pursue them in the near future.
